If your action causes any kind of damage to another property, you will be obligated to pay such damage or loss to the owner of that property. The full amount of damages will be paid directly to the administrator or owner of any property you have damaged through your conduct. In the event that you refuse to cover such payments, it will be your responsibility to meet any claims made against you. We will not be liable for the actions of you or any other guests not related to our or your booking arrangements.
