Parasailing Hurghada price: flight time and inclusions

The standalone parasailing product is €25 for ages 11+ and €15 for ages 4–10 inclusive; ages 0–3 are free. It describes approximately 10–15 minutes in the air within an activity lasting around 1.5 hours. Harness, life jacket and Hurghada transfers are included. Tandem flying depends on combined weight, equipment and conditions; the crew decides eligibility. Water games are not included. Makadi Bay/Sahl Hasheesh add €5 per person; Soma Bay/Safaga/El Gouna add €10 per person.

Current published fares — checked 7 October 2026: The €25 adult trip has a €15 child fare for ages 4–10 inclusive; ages 0–3 inclusive travel free. A ticket does not establish eligibility to fly. The operator states no general age cutoff, but the crew must assess harness fit, weight and conditions. No advance deposit is required. Pay cash in euros to our representative on the trip day, at pickup before the excursion begins. Agree the complete program, transfers and total beforehand; the agreed program has no additional mandatory charges. Any optional purchase needs separate agreement. Obtain cancellation and weather-rescheduling terms in writing.

Compare the flight itself with the complete time away from your hotel. This guide separates the listed ticket, transfer supplements and optional purchases, then explains which arrangements the crew must confirm.

Parasailing Hurghada price (what you should expect to pay)

This guide uses the published Hurghada Travels fare rather than an unverified market-price range. Compare the complete agreed program when checking another quotation.

Compare a dated written quote for the exact program, group and hotel. Price alone does not establish boat quality, group size or service standards.

Typical parasailing prices in Hurghada

Use the confirmed standalone price above. No separate single, double or triple discount is established here; ask for the total for your group and confirm whether tandem flying is permitted.

Compare the complete booking total

Compare the same duration, hotel transfer area and passenger list. Do not assume a discount for meeting at the marina, booking late or flying together. A private speedboat charter is a separate product and does not include parasailing unless explicitly agreed.

Worked examples from the listed fares

For two guests aged 11+ with a Hurghada hotel pickup, standalone parasailing has a base total of €25 + €25 = €50. For the same two guests from Makadi Bay, the published €5 per-person supplement adds €10, making €60 before optional purchases. From El Gouna, the €10 per-person supplement adds €20, making €70.

For two adults and an eight-year-old with Hurghada pickup, the standalone base total is €25 + €25 + €15 = €65. This is a fare calculation, not approval for the child to fly or a guarantee of tandem participation. Confirm the exact hotel and how any child transfer supplement applies before using this example for an outside-Hurghada booking.

For the same two-adult, eight-year-old group, the Panorama-and-parasailing base total is €125 (€50 + €50 + €25). The parasailing-and-safari base total is €115 (€50 + €50 + €15). The combinations have different child fares; their similar adult price does not make the programs equivalent.

If a companion only wants to watch, request an observer quote and availability. Do not remove the flight price from the full ticket yourself or assume a child or observer can travel free. Likewise, an exclusive vehicle or private boat needs a separately confirmed arrangement rather than an assumption based on the word “transfer.”

What a quote should make clear

A useful quote identifies the product, travel date, hotel, traveler ages, base fare, supplements and any optional purchase already chosen. It should distinguish the quoted total from extras you have not accepted. Ask the team to correct a missing hotel area or an incorrect child age before making the comparison.

Keep a copy of any revision. If the date, party size or pickup location changes, ask whether the same total still applies rather than relying on the first message. A confirmed price for one program should not be transferred to a different combination without checking its fare categories and inclusions.

What’s usually included in the parasailing price

The standalone listing includes the harness, life jacket, flight and Hurghada transfers. Photos and any other optional purchases need a separate price; water games are not part of this product.

How long is parasailing in Hurghada (real timings)

The listed standalone activity lasts around 1.5 hours, with approximately 10–15 minutes in the air. Transfers, setup, waiting and operating conditions can affect your full time away from the hotel.

Single vs double parasailing (which one should you choose)

Ask whether single or tandem flight is suitable for the participants. Combined weight, harness fit and conditions govern the crew’s decision. The listed per-person ticket price does not establish a tandem discount or availability of triple flights.

What happens before takeoff and landing?

The crew explains the sequence, fits the equipment and decides whether to proceed. Ask how boarding, launch and landing work on the actual boat. Tell the crew if you are uncomfortable; this guide cannot promise a smooth flight, a particular sensation or a water dip.

Follow the briefing on personal belongings, cameras and signals. A photograph of another boat does not show the equipment allocated to your booking.

Is parasailing in Hurghada safe?

Do not use a travel article as medical clearance. Discuss pregnancy, injuries or health concerns with an appropriate clinician and the operator before booking. Operator restrictions and the crew’s final safety assessment still apply.

Ask about the operating requirements and raise concerns before participation. A price or a sales location is not evidence that an activity is suitable for a particular person.

Check the standalone parasailing program and request the operating requirements before booking.

Questions about the actual service

Visitor in a parasailing harness beneath a colorful canopy
Company-album parasailing photograph. The actual equipment and flight arrangement are confirmed for each departure.
  • Who operates the boat and makes the weather decision?
  • What briefing and equipment fitting are provided?
  • How are participation requirements confirmed?
  • What happens to the booking if the crew cannot operate?

What to wear (and what to bring)

Keep it simple.

Wear:

  • Swimsuit or light clothes you don’t mind getting wet
  • Secure sandals or go barefoot (they’ll tell you what they prefer on that boat)
  • Sunglasses, but only if you can secure them (strap helps)

Bring:

  • Towel
  • Water
  • Phone protection if needed; ask whether a camera or phone may be used during the flight
  • A bit of cash if you might want photos or tips

Don’t bring:

  • Loose belongings that cannot be secured as the crew requires
  • Anything you would be sad to lose in the sea

Best time of day for parasailing in Hurghada

Ask the operator about the actual wind and sea conditions for the booked day. A morning or late-afternoon slot is not a safety guarantee.

Beach operator or arranged pickup: what to compare

The sales location alone does not establish safety, equipment quality or price. Ask either provider for the operator name, meeting point, transfer arrangements, flight duration and written total. Confirm who handles changes if conditions prevent the activity.

Seven checks for the complete parasailing price

  1. Match the quote to the standalone flight or named combination.
  2. List every traveler and child’s age.
  3. Separate the base fare from hotel transfer supplements.
  4. Confirm the approximate flight and whole outing duration.
  5. Identify optional photos, videos and unlisted activities.
  6. Record the final total, currency and payment arrangement.
  7. Read the cancellation, change and non-participation terms.

A combination adds separate activities; it does not automatically buy a longer parasailing flight. A request to fly tandem is not evidence of a discount. Keep the written quote so that each charge can be matched to the service you agreed.

Parasailing combo options (if you want more than just flying)

The site lists semi-submarine plus parasailing and parasailing plus a three-hour safari. Each combines separate activities; confirm the schedule and price of the exact product.

Who should do parasailing in Hurghada (and who maybe shouldn’t)

Great for:

  • First-time participants who meet the crew’s requirements
  • Couples and friends
  • Families whose participants meet the equipment and operating requirements
  • Anyone who wants a big “vacation moment” without a full day trip

Maybe skip or think twice if:

  • You have severe fear of heights
  • You have serious back or neck issues
  • You get very motion sick on boats (the ride is short, but still)
  • Wind is strong and you’re already anxious

Booking parasailing in Hurghada (practical checklist)

Use the published product and a written confirmation to compare the price, pickup, participation arrangements and inclusions before paying. The place where an offer is sold does not by itself establish better value.

But if you care about not overpaying, getting clear pickup info, and knowing what’s included before you hand over money, booking through a tour platform is easier.

Use the standalone parasailing listing to identify the program, then confirm the hotel pickup and complete price.

If you’re unsure what to pick from the plethora of options available, the simplest approach is:

  • Request tandem parasailing if you want to fly together, subject to crew approval
  • Aim for 10 to 15 minutes flight time
  • Confirm transfer if your hotel is far from the marina
  • Confirm the separate price of any optional photo/video purchase
  • Give the operator each participant’s age and relevant requirements
  • Record the complete agreed price and payment method; payment is when the trip takes place
  • Obtain the cancellation and weather-rescheduling terms in writing

A safari or semi-submarine combination adds a separate activity; it does not extend the parasailing flight. See the standalone flight details.

Cancellation and date-change costs

The current product terms provide a full refund for cancellation received at least 24 hours before the confirmed start. Later cancellation and no-show are non-refundable. A date change requested at least 24 hours ahead has no change fee, subject to availability, any price difference and confirmation.

If the company cancels, including for unsafe weather, the options are an available alternative date or a full refund. Deadlines use local Egypt time. Any non-refundable ticket or committed-cost exception must be disclosed before payment and included in your confirmation. Read the full policy, and ask what applies to a partly completed combination or a personal decision not to fly.

Quick recap (so you can decide fast)

Confirm the listed price, approximate 10–15 minute flight, eligibility, transfers and optional photo charges. A flight may be shortened or cancelled for operating conditions.

Questions before you book

Which of your parasailing options has the lowest price?

For travelers who only want the flight, standalone parasailing is €25 for ages 11+ and €15 for ages 4–10. The Panorama and safari combinations each cost €50 per adult, with different child fares: €25 for Panorama with parasailing and €15 for parasailing with safari. Compare the actual activities, eligibility, hotel supplements and full group total.

How do I book parasailing without paying in advance?

Use the selected trip’s booking page or contact our team with your date, full hotel name, all travelers and children’s ages. Confirm availability, participation requirements, pickup and the total including any hotel supplement. No advance deposit is required. Pay cash in euros to our representative on the trip day, at pickup before the excursion begins.

What is the listed standalone parasailing fare?

The listing shows €25 for ages 11+ and €15 for ages 4–10 inclusive; ages 0–3 are free. Confirm the child age band and participation requirements; a child fare is not proof of eligibility to fly.

What hotel supplements should I add?

The listing includes Hurghada hotel transfers, with €5 per person for Makadi Bay or Sahl Hasheesh and €10 for Soma Bay, Safaga or El Gouna. Confirm the total for your exact hotel.

Is the whole excursion spent in the air?

No. The listed flight is approximately 10–15 minutes; the wider experience is around 1.5 hours and includes preparation and boat time. Confirm how hotel transfers fit into your schedule.

Does the parasailing Hurghada price include a tandem discount?

No separate tandem discount is established by the listed per-person fare. Two adults aged 11+ total €50 for standalone parasailing before applicable extras. Request the total for the people traveling, and confirm whether the crew can approve a tandem arrangement.

Is the Panorama combination still €45?

The product checked on 27 September 2026 lists €50 for ages 11+ and €25 for ages 4–10. Use the current product and your dated confirmation rather than an older article or screenshot.

Does the safari combination have the same child price?

No. It lists €15 for ages 4–10, while the Panorama combination lists €25 for that age group. Both list €50 for ages 11+. Participation in the flight and quad activity remains separate from the fare.

Are photos part of the standard ticket?

Professional photos or videos are separate unless explicitly included in your booking. Ask the price and delivery details before agreeing to a purchase; an image used to advertise the trip does not establish inclusion.

Does a private speedboat booking include the flight?

Not automatically. The €150 private speedboat is a different product. A parasailing flight would need a specifically confirmed arrangement; do not add or subtract prices between the two products yourself.

Can I deduct the transfer cost if I meet at the marina?

No self-arrival discount is established here. Ask whether meeting at the marina is possible, where to meet and what total applies. Do not subtract an outside-resort supplement from the included Hurghada transfer.

What if only one part of a combination is cancelled?

Ask for the product-specific arrangement, including what applies if another component has already taken place. The general company-cancellation policy does not by itself specify every partial-refund calculation.

Which fare applies to a ten-year-old?

The published standalone age band includes age ten in the €15 child fare; age eleven and above uses the €25 fare. Give the traveler’s age for the excursion date when requesting the quote. A child’s ability to participate is still assessed separately from this calculation.

Can three people share one flight for a lower total?

The listed fare does not establish a triple-flight arrangement or a group-flight discount. Ask the crew what configuration is available for the actual participants and conditions, and get the complete price before booking. Do not divide a quoted group total into assumed flight arrangements that have not been approved.
