Your Orange Bay Hurghada trip is a shared excursion. The published boat limit is 50 guests, which describes maximum capacity rather than the exact number on your departure. A photograph or the word “VIP” does not establish a smaller group, a named boat or exclusive use.

Book according to the named inclusions, rather than a collection of activities mentioned in older descriptions.

2. Understand the schedule without relying on invented times

For an Orange Bay Hurghada trip, the useful sequence is hotel collection, marina boarding, the boat program, island time, and the return transfer. Reef stops and lunch fit around the operating route. The order can change, so an itinerary should explain what is planned without presenting an exact timetable as guaranteed.

Confirm your own pickup time and meeting point after giving the complete hotel name. Hotel collection is not the boat departure time. Likewise, returning to the marina does not mean every passenger reaches their hotel at that moment. Different hotel locations create different transfer arrangements.

Confirm how the supplement applies to every adult, child and infant in your particular party.

Send the full hotel name and resort area. Similar hotel names can lead to confusion, and a broad marketing description such as “Hurghada region” does not establish whether an outer-resort supplement applies. Ask for the complete transfer amount in the booking confirmation.

Confirm where to wait, the pickup window, and how to contact the team if the vehicle has not arrived. Do not assume every hotel uses reception rather than a gate or another agreed meeting point. Keep your confirmation available on the day.

A private hotel transfer and a private boat are separate services. If you request a private vehicle, establish its price and whether the sea excursion remains shared. Choosing a more convenient collection arrangement does not reserve the vessel exclusively for your group.

4. Prices, children and family totals

The standard Orange Bay Hurghada trip costs €25 for ages 11+, a fixed €15 for ages 4–10 inclusive, and nothing for ages 0–3 inclusive. The child fare is an explicit fixed price, not half of €25. Include every infant in the booking even when no excursion fare is charged.

Two adults and one child aged 4–10 have a €65 base total. Two adults and two children in that age range total €80. A ten-year-old still qualifies for €15; an eleven-year-old pays the adult rate. These examples exclude applicable hotel supplements and optional purchases.

For the final calculation, list the excursion fares first, the confirmed hotel transfer supplement second, and any optional purchases separately. An island café order or professional photograph is not part of the advertised onboard lunch and drinks simply because both happen during the same outing.

5. Beach time, photographs and facilities

The beach portion of an Orange Bay Hurghada trip gives you a change of pace after sailing or snorkeling. Decide whether your priority is walking, photographs, relaxing or entering the designated swimming area. You do not need to complete a checklist of photo spots to enjoy the stop.

The shoreline’s appearance does not guarantee swimming conditions. Follow the boundaries and local instructions, and supervise children near the water. A shallow-looking photograph cannot establish the depth, movement or suitability of the sea on your date.

If a particular seating area, swing or facility matters to your decision, ask whether it is accessible and included in the current package. Do not assume every feature in an online image belongs to the part of the venue available to your booking. Personal food and drink purchases ashore are separate unless confirmed otherwise.

Agree where your party will meet before separating for photographs or a walk. Give children enough time to return without rushing, and keep essential belongings secure. The boat’s announced meeting time takes priority over waiting for one more photograph.

6. Snorkeling, non-swimmers and equipment

The two planned reef sessions in an Orange Bay Hurghada trip take place during the boat program. They are not a promise that the best reef will be beside your beach seat. The operating crew chooses the route according to conditions; visibility and wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.

Snorkeling equipment is listed as included. Before booking, explain your swimming ability and ask about the equipment and support your group needs. Child sizes and any specialist requirements should be confirmed, rather than inferred from the general equipment inclusion.

You may stay aboard instead of snorkeling. Discuss this with the crew, particularly if an adult will remain with a child while another joins the water session. A life jacket does not replace swimming judgment, supervision or the crew’s instructions.

The shared Orange Bay Hurghada trip is the full-day option described above. It lists fruit and drinks, not the same onboard lunch as the standard shared excursion.

Orange Bay is an optional €10-per-visitor addition on that private product. Confirm the visit and complete quote; it is not automatically included in the €150 boat price. Do not divide the whole-boat price into invented adult and child fares, and do not treat a six-guest limit as permission to add infants beyond capacity.

Private use changes who shares the vessel. It does not guarantee flat water, unrestricted route choices, longer island access or every requested departure time. Discuss the plan with the team and obtain confirmation of the essential parts before choosing the charter.

9. Compare offers and complete the booking

To compare an Orange Bay Hurghada trip fairly, use the same date, hotel and passenger ages for every quote. Check island entry, expected beach time, snorkeling stops, meals, equipment, transfers and the final amount. A low headline price or “VIP” label does not explain those differences.

Send your preferred date, an alternative if possible, complete hotel name, adult count and each child’s age. Add swimming ability, equipment sizes, mobility needs and essential dietary requests. Mention a celebration only if you want to discuss it; decorations, cake or professional photography are not standard inclusions.

10. Cancellation, weather and changes

Before confirming your Orange Bay Hurghada trip, read our cancellation and date-change terms. Cancellation received at least 24 hours before the confirmed tour start qualifies for a full refund. Later cancellation and no-shows are non-refundable. Deadlines use local time in Egypt and are based on receipt of the request.

A date-change request made at least 24 hours ahead has no change fee, subject to availability, any price difference and confirmation of the new date. Any non-refundable ticket or committed-cost exception must be disclosed before payment and included in the booking confirmation.
