What's included in your day?
The boat trip, Orange Bay visit, two planned snorkeling stops, snorkeling equipment, lunch, drinks and Hurghada hotel transfers are included. Banana Boat / water activities are included when sea and weather conditions are suitable.
Cancellation & date changes
Cancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed tour start time for a full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Deadlines use local time in Egypt.
Request a date change at least 24 hours before the start: no change fee, subject to availability and any price difference. The new date requires our confirmation. Later requests are not guaranteed and remain subject to the cancellation policy.
If we cancel, including for unsafe weather, choose an available alternative date or a full refund. Any non-refundable ticket or committed-cost exception must be disclosed before payment and included in your booking confirmation. Before you book
Is this your lowest-priced shared Orange Bay tour?
Yes. Of our two published shared Orange Bay programs, this standard snorkeling trip has the lower adult fare: €25 for ages 11+, compared with €30 for the Orange Bay and diving trip. Children aged 4–10 pay €15 and ages 0–3 travel free. Two adults cost €50 with Hurghada pickup, or €65 with one child aged 4–10, before any applicable outside-Hurghada transfer supplement or optional purchases.
How do I book Orange Bay and pay on the day?
Choose an available date and start time in the booking form, then enter every traveler in the correct age category, including infants. You can also book on WhatsApp with your date, exact hotel and all traveler ages. For cash-on-arrival bookings, no advance deposit is required: pay our representative at pickup on the tour day, before the trip begins. Keep the written confirmation of the selected program, total and pickup details.
Can I enjoy Orange Bay without buying photos or other extras?
Yes. You can enjoy the listed boat-and-island program without buying professional photos, videos, island café purchases or personal extras. The listed lunch, drinks and equipment are included. Confirm any applicable hotel transfer supplement separately before booking, and ask the price before choosing an optional purchase.
Are hotel transfers included, and what are the supplements?
Hurghada hotel pickup and return are included. Makadi Bay or Sahl Hasheesh: +€5 per person. Soma Bay, Safaga or El Gouna: +€10 per person. Send the exact hotel and every traveler's age to confirm the full transfer total, including how any supplement applies to children or infants. Hotel pickup time is confirmed separately from the activity start time.
Can I join without swimming?
Yes. Snorkeling is optional: enjoy the boat and island without entering deep water. Tell the crew your swimming ability, follow the briefing and only enter the water when comfortable and the crew confirms it is safe.
How do I book for children or infants?
Include every traveler and provide each child's age. Fares do not establish activity eligibility: supervision, suitable equipment and the crew's assessment still apply.
Can the route or activities change?
Yes. Island time, snorkeling locations and the route depend on sea and operating conditions. Water activities may be changed or cancelled for safety.
What should I bring, and are a mask and fins included?
Bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, dry clothes if preferred, and cash for optional purchases. A snorkeling mask and fins are included.
What details do you need before pickup?
Provide the hotel name, room number when available, and a reachable phone or WhatsApp number. Tell us about dietary requirements or allergies in advance so meal options can be checked.
