- Pickup: Hurghada pickup and return are included. Send the exact hotel for any outside-Hurghada transfer quote. Your hotel pickup time is confirmed separately from the activity start time.
- Extras: A certification course and optional underwater photos or videos are not included.

What to Expect
After hotel pickup and marina transfer, meet the diving team for the required safety and medical checks and a beginner briefing. The boat then sails to selected Red Sea sites for two introductory dives under professional supervision, with time to relax on board between dives. Lunch and drinks are included before returning to Hurghada.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed start time for a full refund; later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Date changes requested at least 24 hours in advance are subject to availability and any price difference. If we cancel the tour, including for unsafe weather, you may choose an available alternative date or a full refund.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which introductory diving option is cheaper, and what do couples or families pay?
Our two-dive Discover Scuba trip and Orange Bay with one introductory dive both have a €30 fare for ages 11+, €15 for ages 4–10 and no excursion fare for ages 0–3. Two adults pay €60; with one child aged 4–10 the base total is €75, or €90 with two children in that age group. These totals precede applicable transfers and optional purchases. Child fares do not guarantee permission to dive; confirm the participation plan for each traveler. Choose two introductory dives on this trip, or island time with one dive on the separate Orange Bay program; the adult base fare is the same.
How do I book Discover Scuba Diving and pay by card or cash?
Choose your date and travelers in the booking form or use the WhatsApp link on this page. Send your hotel, every child’s age, experience and return-flight schedule so the participation requirements, availability, pickup and total in euros can be confirmed. You can pay online by Visa or Mastercard on our website, or pay cash in euros to our representative at pickup on the tour day before departure. No advance deposit is required for cash bookings. Online card payments are charged in Egyptian pounds (EGP), with the final amount shown before you confirm.
Do I pay extra for diving equipment or underwater photos?
The standard package includes diving equipment, professional supervision, two introductory dives for eligible participants, lunch, drinks and Hurghada transfers. Underwater photos, videos and personal purchases are optional extras; a certification course is not included. For hotels outside Hurghada, request the exact transfer quote instead of applying another tour’s supplement.
Do I need a diving license?
No. This is an introductory experience for beginners.
How many dives are included?
How long and how deep is each dive?
Exact dive time and depth depend on safety, conditions and the participant; the instructor makes the final decision.
What is the minimum age?
Intro diving is commonly available from around age 10, but the operator/instructor must confirm eligibility before diving.
Can I dive if I have a medical condition or am pregnant?
Diving may not be suitable. Medical/safety screening applies and the diving professional has final authority.
What information do you need for hotel pickup?
Provide your hotel name, room number when available, and a reachable phone or WhatsApp number. Your exact pickup time is confirmed after the hotel details are checked; the activity time is not necessarily your hotel pickup time.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
