Is there a cheaper option than the Luxor minibus?
Yes. Our shared Luxor bus costs €65 per adult aged 10+, compared with €80 for this minibus. Both cover the same listed sites and standard inclusions. Choose the bus for the lower fare or the minibus for a smaller shared group of up to eight instead of up to 30. Neither option guarantees an earlier return.
How much does the Luxor minibus cost for two adults or a family?
Two adults pay €160. Two adults with two children aged 4–9 pay €240; guests aged 10 and over use the adult fare. Infants aged 0–3 pay €35 each. These totals include Hurghada pickup and the listed standard program, before any outside-Hurghada supplement or chosen extras. Booking several seats does not make the vehicle private.
Can I book the Luxor minibus without an advance deposit?
Yes. Choose your date and travelers in the booking form or send them on WhatsApp with your full hotel name, each child's age and preferred guide language. Wait for confirmation of availability, pickup and the complete total. No advance deposit is required: pay cash in euros to our representative at pickup on the day, before the excursion begins.
Is it private?
No. It is a small shared group unless a private service is specifically booked.
Are three tombs included?
Yes, three standard Valley of the Kings tombs.
Is Tutankhamun’s tomb included?
No, it requires a separate ticket if available.
Is the Nile trip included?
No, optional if offered.
Are outside-Hurghada transfers included?
Hurghada hotel pickup and drop-off are included. For hotels outside Hurghada, send your exact hotel name before booking so the transfer arrangement and any applicable supplement can be confirmed.
What information do you need for hotel pickup?
Provide your hotel name, room number when available, and a reachable phone or WhatsApp number. Your exact pickup time is confirmed after the hotel details are checked; the activity time is not necessarily your hotel pickup time.
Is the trip suitable if I have limited mobility?
