What to Expect
Your day combines two very different Hurghada experiences. After hotel pickup, start with the Panorama semi-submarine program for underwater viewing and the planned snorkeling stop. You then transfer to the safari station for a safety briefing and the approximately 60KM quad route, followed by a Bedouin village visit, short camel ride and tea before returning to your hotel.
Cancellation & date changes
Cancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed start time for a full refund; later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Date changes requested at least 24 hours in advance are subject to availability and any price difference. If we cancel the tour, including for unsafe weather, you may choose an available alternative date or a full refund.

How much does this combination cost, and is there a cheaper safari option?
The listed fare is €50 per adult aged 11+, €15 per child aged 4–10 and free for ages 0–3. Two adults cost €100; two adults and one child aged 4–10 cost €115 with Hurghada hotel pickup, before outside-area transfer supplements and optional purchases. If you only want the desert program, our three-hour quad safari and Super Safari each have a €25 adult base fare. The combination adds a separate sea activity; it is not the lowest-cost choice for a desert-only outing.
How do I book without an advance deposit?
Choose your date, available time and tickets by age in the booking form, or send your date, hotel and every guest’s age on WhatsApp. Confirm the total, pickup and participation arrangements before the trip. Prices are listed in euros. For cash bookings, no advance deposit is required; pay cash to our representative at pickup on the trip day, before the program begins. Keep the written booking confirmation.
Do I have to buy photos or souvenirs?
No. Professional photos, videos, souvenirs and other personal purchases are optional. Agree their prices separately if you want them. A helmet is included for quad riding; a scarf and protective goggles are excluded, so bring suitable items or confirm the cost before buying them.
Does the semi-submarine fully submerge?
No. The vessel stays at the surface while the viewing cabin is below sea level.
Is snorkeling compulsory?
No. You can enjoy the underwater viewing cabin without entering the water. Snorkeling is an optional part of the program, with crew instructions applying to anyone who joins.
Can a child drive the quad?
From age 10, subject to the guide’s safety decision; under 10 rides with an adult.
Are scarf and goggles included?
No. Bring your own scarf and protective goggles for the desert section. The included helmet does not replace eye protection.
What are outside-Hurghada transfer fees?
Makadi/Sahl +€5 per person; Soma/Safaga/El Gouna +€10 per person.
What information do you need for hotel pickup?
Provide your hotel name, room number when available, and a reachable phone or WhatsApp number. Your exact pickup time is confirmed after the hotel details are checked; the activity time is not necessarily your hotel pickup time.
Does a child ticket guarantee permission to drive?
No. The fare category and permission to drive are separate. Tell us the child age before booking; the guide must approve participation and driving according to ability and safety conditions.
Is snorkeling equipment included in the price?
Yes. A snorkeling mask and fins are included in the tour price.

Hotel pickup
Meet your transfer at the confirmed pickup time for your hotel. Bring swimwear and a towel for the sea section, plus closed shoes, a scarf and protective goggles for the desert section.
Panorama semi-submarine program with underwater viewing and snorkeling stop
Board the Panorama semi-submarine and view the reef through the underwater cabin windows while the boat remains on the surface. The program includes a snorkeling stop with equipment; entering the water is optional.
Transfer to the safari station
After the sea program, continue to the safari station for the desert part of your booking. The team coordinates the two activities, so the exact handover time can vary.
Safety briefing and approximately 60KM quad route
Listen to the quad safety briefing before setting out on the approximately 60KM route. Follow the guide throughout; the three-hour safari includes the village visit and is not three hours of uninterrupted driving.
Bedouin village, short camel ride and tea
Take a break at the Bedouin village, enjoy the included tea and try a short camel ride. Keep with your group for the onward journey and follow the guide around the animals.
Return to hotel
Return to your hotel after both activities. Allow approximately six hours for the complete combo; operating conditions and the hotel transfer route can affect the return time.
