For friends splitting payment, agree who holds the confirmation and how the final group amount will be paid. A per-person calculation is useful for budgeting, but it does not create separate bookings unless the team has confirmed that arrangement.
3. What the standard package buys
The Paradise Island Hurghada price covers a shared boat excursion with island access, two planned reef stops, snorkeling equipment, lunch and drinks onboard, and hotel pickup and return within Hurghada. Allow approximately eight hours overall, with around two hours planned at the island.
That overall duration includes more than beach time: transfers, boarding, sailing, reef activities, the meal and return travel all form part of the day. Compare the total itinerary and time ashore separately when checking another offer.
The published shared-boat maximum is 50 guests. Describing a package as VIP does not make it exclusive to your family, guarantee a low passenger count or identify a particular vessel. If a facility matters to you, ask about the actual arrangements.
Banana Boat and water activities are subject to operating conditions. A floating aqua park, sofa ride, fixed menu or private snorkeling instructor is not an established inclusion of the current standard package. Do not add their assumed value to your comparison.

4. Package price versus an entry-only ticket
The quoted Paradise Island Hurghada price is not a standalone admission charge. Hurghada Travels currently sells the linked complete excursion, including boat transport and the island visit. A separate entry-only Paradise ticket is not offered on that booking page.
If you see a ticket-only offer elsewhere, establish how you will reach the island, whether your transport arrangement can use that admission, and what return journey is included. A beach ticket and a boat excursion cannot be compared fairly by their headline amounts alone.
Your confirmation should name Paradise Island explicitly. A generic Giftun-area cruise or Red Sea boat trip does not, by its name alone, establish access to the particular beach venue you want. This matters especially when arranging a private vessel separately.
You do not need to add another Paradise admission charge to the standard shared package when the confirmed package already includes it. If someone presents an additional charge, ask what service it covers and compare it with your confirmation before agreeing.

For example, two adults staying in Makadi Bay have a €50 base fare plus a published €10 combined transfer supplement, giving €60 before optional purchases. Two adults in El Gouna have a €50 base fare plus €20, giving €70. Confirm the hotel before relying on either example.
Do not automatically calculate a child’s transfer charge from the €15 excursion fare. Ask how the supplement applies to your complete party, especially where an infant travels free on the excursion. The excursion category and transport charge are separate questions.
A private hotel vehicle and a private boat are also separate services. Paying for an agreed private transfer does not make the shared boat exclusive. Ask which journey a proposed upgrade changes and what the additional amount buys.
Tell the team if you move hotels after booking. A changed pickup location can affect the meeting time and transfer amount; keep an updated confirmation rather than relying on the original hotel details.
6. Optional spending and items to bring
Beyond the Paradise Island Hurghada price, allow for optional purchases you actually want. These may include food or drinks ashore, photographs or videos, and separately agreed equipment or private arrangements. There is no need to invent a compulsory spending allowance.
Lunch and drinks are included onboard. This does not mean every island vendor or every type of drink is included. Check any dietary requirement before booking, and ask whether a requested special arrangement is possible and whether it costs extra.
Bring swimwear, a towel, sun protection, a hat and dry clothing. A towel is not a confirmed included item, so taking your own avoids depending on a rental or purchase. Protect phones from splashes and avoid bringing unnecessary valuables.

A private Paradise Island Hurghada price requires a separate quotation. The standard shared fare cannot be multiplied by a convenient number of guests to create a guaranteed private-charter price. Ask for the complete vessel cost and its permitted passenger count.
The listed private speedboat excursion is €150 for the whole boat, with a maximum of six guests including children, and approximately four hours. It lists fruit and drinks rather than the shared excursion’s lunch, with Orange Bay available as an optional visit.
That product is not a published €150 private Paradise package. If Paradise is essential, the separate quotation must explicitly confirm the destination, admission, route, duration, refreshments and transfer arrangements. Do not assume an island can simply be substituted at the same price.
When comparing a private offer, divide its confirmed total by your actual guest count only after checking all inclusions. A lower apparent amount per person is not useful if admission, hotel travel or the meal you expect is excluded.

Our cancellation and date-change terms provide a full refund when cancellation is received at least 24 hours before the confirmed start. Later cancellation and no-shows are non-refundable. The deadline uses local time in Egypt.
A date-change request at least 24 hours ahead has no change fee, subject to availability, any price difference and confirmation. A disclosed non-refundable ticket or committed-cost exception must be stated before payment and included in your confirmation.
If we cancel, including for unsafe weather, choose an available alternative date or a full refund. A change to the order of activities or one reef stop is not automatically a cancellation of the entire excursion. Ask which options apply to the specific change.
If your party size changes, request a revised Paradise Island Hurghada price for the updated guest list. Do not assume that removing a person, changing an age category or switching hotels leaves the booking amount and arrangements unchanged.
