How do I book the GEM and Pyramids mini-bus tour and pay on the day?
Select an available date and start time, enter the travelers for the correct age categories, and continue through the booking form. You can also contact us on WhatsApp with your date, exact hotel, guest numbers and children's ages. For cash-on-arrival bookings, payment is due at pickup on the day of the tour, before it begins; no advance deposit is required. Keep the written confirmation of your selected museum, vehicle, total and pickup details.
Is this a private tour?
No. It is a smaller shared mini-bus group unless private service is specifically booked.
Does it include Tutankhamun Galleries?
The tour includes GEM, where the Tutankhamun Galleries are located, subject to museum operations.
Is going inside the Great Pyramid included?
No. Standard Giza Plateau admission is included, but entry inside the Great Pyramid requires a separate ticket.
What about pickup from hotels outside Hurghada?
Hurghada hotel pickup and return are included. For Cairo tours, the additional round-trip transfer supplement is €5 per person from Makadi Bay or Sahl Hasheesh, and €10 per person from El Gouna, Safaga or Soma Bay. Send the complete hotel name so we can confirm its pickup zone and the final total before booking.
What information do you need for hotel pickup?
Provide your hotel name, room number when available, and a reachable phone or WhatsApp number. Your exact pickup time is confirmed after the hotel details are checked; the activity time is not necessarily your hotel pickup time.
