- Before booking: Driving from age 10 is subject to guide approval; younger children participate with an accompanying adult. Confirm vehicle allocation and every child’s suitability before booking.
- Extras: Scarf and goggles are not included. Optional photos, personal purchases and extra activities outside the program cost extra.
Hotel pickup & transfer costs
Hurghada hotel pickup and return are included. Makadi Bay or Sahl Hasheesh: +€5 per person. Soma Bay, Safaga or El Gouna: +€10 per person. Send your exact hotel and every traveler’s age to confirm the full total and pickup time. Hotel pickup time is confirmed separately from the activity start time.

What to Expect
After hotel pickup, transfer to the safari station for a safety briefing before the desert activities begin. The program combines quad biking, Spider Buggy and a 4×4 Jeep ride, then continues to a Bedouin village for tea and a short camel ride. The day finishes with BBQ dinner and an oriental show before the return transfer to your hotel.

Cancellation & date changes
Cancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed start time for a full refund; later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Date changes requested at least 24 hours in advance are subject to availability and any price difference. If we cancel the tour, including for unsafe weather, you may choose an available alternative date or a full refund.

Which is cheaper: the three-hour quad tour or Super Safari?
Our two main safari programs have the same base fares: €25 per adult aged 11+, €15 per child aged 4–10 and free for ages 0–3. Two adults cost €50; two adults and one child aged 4–10 cost €65 with Hurghada hotel pickup, before outside-area transfer supplements and optional purchases. Choose the three-hour quad tour for its focused desert route, or Super Safari for the longer mix of activities with BBQ dinner and a show. The shorter program is not cheaper.
How do I book without an advance deposit?
Choose your date, available time and tickets by age in the booking form, or send your date, hotel and every guest’s age on WhatsApp. Confirm the total, pickup and participation arrangements before the trip. Prices are listed in euros. For cash bookings, no advance deposit is required; pay cash to our representative at pickup on the trip day, before the program begins. Keep the written booking confirmation.
Do I have to buy photos or souvenirs?
No. Professional photos, videos, souvenirs and other personal purchases are optional. Agree their prices separately if you want them. A helmet is included for quad riding; a scarf and protective goggles are excluded, so bring suitable items or confirm the cost before buying them.
Can children drive?
Guests aged 10+ may drive subject to guide safety approval; younger children participate with an accompanying adult.
Are scarf and goggles included?
No. Bring your own scarf and protective goggles for the desert section. The included helmet does not replace eye protection.
Is dinner included?
Yes, BBQ dinner is included.
Is sunset guaranteed?
The timing is designed around the afternoon/evening program, but the exact sunset experience varies by season and schedule.
Are outside-Hurghada transfers included?
Hurghada hotel pickup and drop-off is included. Makadi Bay and Sahl Hasheesh are +€5 per person; Soma Bay, Safaga and El Gouna are +€10 per person.

Does a child ticket guarantee permission to drive?
No. The fare category and permission to drive are separate. Tell us the child age before booking; the guide must approve participation and driving according to ability and safety conditions.

Meet the activity team for the helmet fitting and safety briefing before trying the quad and Spider Buggy activities. Follow the guide on speed and spacing; driving depends on the guide approving your ability and the conditions.
Continue by 4×4 Jeep through the desert
Continue through the desert by 4×4 Jeep as the scenery opens out around you. This is a different part of the program from driving the quad or buggy, and the route can change with desert conditions.
Visit a Bedouin village, enjoy tea and a short camel ride
Stop at the Bedouin village for tea and a short camel ride as part of the included program. This is a chance to take a break between the active desert section and the evening meal.
Enjoy BBQ dinner and the evening oriental show
Enjoy the included BBQ dinner and oriental show after the desert activities. The operating order and evening timing can vary by season, so a specific sunset moment is not guaranteed.
Return transfer to the hotel
At the end of the program, join the return transfer to your hotel. Allow approximately 6–7 hours for the complete experience, with the exact return depending on the activity schedule and hotel route.
